Our alt went out in our car on the freeway. Got towed in at 4 am. Checked in at 4am and check out is 11. $205.00 Full price. I will NEVER go back to this place. Very rude general manager!

Booked through Expedia. Cancelled through Expedia. They didn't cancel it on their end (the hotel) and they now refuse to even refund the nights that ARE STILL REMAINING. They aren't just charging...

Unfortunate stay. Just a series of minor events topped with a major miscommunication. There were dirty socks left on the floor when we arrived in the room. Not a deal breaker, but a gross entry....
