I wish I could give zero stars. We switched to a cheaper company due to a huge price increase. It took multiple calls and waiting forever on the phone to cancel service. Then they charge...

We made the switch from SWS to Republic in EP. They have missed our pickups 6 times. 2 of those it's was both garbage and recyclables that were never picked up so it's more like 8 missed pickups....

Expensive. Takes forever to get someone on the phone. Horrible communication. Of course had a great deal offered when I was canceling my service, although it was already too late

$66 to cancel service is absurd. That rate increase is awful. Customer service is at least an hourxwait to talk to a human robot who will continue to put you on hold. Avoid this company if possible
