Tandem Residential offers services for adults with TBI in residential home, apartment and in-home settings throughout the Twin Cites. Tandem Residential is a branch of Capstone Services, which provides residential support to people with developmental disabilities and mental retardation. Tandem was developed to provide services specifically to people with traumatic brain injuries. We began services in September 2005 and currently have two homes ; one in White Bear Lake and one in Shoreview. We understand that brain injuries affect individuals in different ways and that each individual has unique characteristics and needs. We offer our services and support based on these individual needs and preferences, with the goal of helping our clients achieve their personal and career objectives.
