Northern Pines Mental Health Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving Brainerd, Minnesota. As a safety net provider we are dedicated to coordinating integrated substance use disorder, mental health and physical health services to meet the needs of individuals, families, and communities. We are dedicated to providing appropriate clinical mental health care along with preventative, educational, and supportive programs throughout Central Minnesota. As an essential community provider we utilize many different payer sources including, private insurance, Medical Assistance, Medicare, grants, community funds, veterans benefits and individualized payment plans.

CORE Professional Services, P.A., is an innovative, private organization committed to assisting individuals, families, and communities address difficult issues in a productive manner. We specialize in addressing the problems that abuse creates for families and communities, and will provide preventative, educational, and clinical services to central and outstate Minnesota to reduce these problems.

SpecialtiesI am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing) and integrate Brainspotting as well for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns. I engage in talk therapy from a strengths based, client centered approach. My faith is important to me just as your spiritual beliefs are to you and we can explore what bringing your beliefs into a session looks like. I utilize experiential play therapy, sand play, sand tray therapy, art and games with children. I visit with parents about their concerns and offer ideas and therapeutic tools they can use at home.
