Definitely not the friendly atmosphere.Never got back to me about my boot repair almost a year later. Called today no answer.

Not the friendliest service. Adequate workmanship. Expensive. (To be fair, I did not price shop.) Was charged $38 to fix a couple grommets. They accept cash only.
