History
I started my own practice, after managing the Minnesota office of the UAW Legal Service Plan for about 15 years. I had done bankruptcy cases with the Legal Services Plan from the time I started there, and the economy was in the tank, so I continued to focus bankruptcy, tax law, collection defense, and other areas where there are legal solutions to financial problems.
