Established in1980, ACT Management specializes in the associations, townhomes and condominiums. It staff includes on-site managers, property supervisors, and accounting and office personnel. ACT Management s accounting department assists homeowners associations in matters related to compliance and financial reporting and analysis. The agency s property supervisors coordinate project scheduling with contractors and make routine on-site inspections during and upon completion of projects. ACT Management manages more than 45 small-, medium- and large-sized associations. It is located in Golden Valley, Minn.
