HistoryWe just celebrated 2 years here at the Martin St. location! Body in Motion is a boutique studio that started as a home studio in 2010 as Pilates with Dawn. With encouragement of clients and friends. We recently moved to the Coon Rapids area mid December 2014 and became Body In Motion, LLC. The space just felt like home and love the location. Although still a boutique studio we have more room for Mat classes to go with our equipment classes now. We still offer Private and Duets session by appointments, but offer on line registration for classes.SpecialtiesWe are a full service Studio that offers Classes, Private/Personal Training and Semi Private classes on Balanced Body Equipment. We feature classes for Mat/Barre and Reformer. Other equipment also available for Private or Semi Private lessons are tower, chair and barrel.
