Everything was fine initially. Then after four months, my rent increased from $46 to $65 with one month's notice. I will be looking for an alternate location.

The jury is still out. My unit was hard to find, numbers not logically placed for visibility; the unit is pretty narrow for storing a car... and not a lot of parking lot area to make a wide turn...
