So here we are at a crossroads. The last time I was at public storage a few units were broken into including mine. Public storage did absolutely nothing to help the police in the investigation....

I hate it here. I got a locker when it was an Extra Space Storage, but now that they've become a Public Storage it costs more and the facility is exponentially worse. Sometimes the sliding door...

I have tried to email company twice called the customer service line multiple times and even was given the regional managers number. I have never received a call back. So here is my public storage...

They raise the rate continuously. 66% in ONE year. My unit went from $59 to $98/month. Carts are hard to find. Quite the hassle when your unit is on the second floor
