The company, located in Elk River, Minn., offers material and mesh handling equipment for concrete pipe and box culvert-welded wire reinforcing needs. Its manufacturing and assembly facility is built on more than 80,000-square-feet of space. In addition to the traditional precast products, such as pipe, manholes, tanks and prestressed components, ERMC also offers products for the architectural cast stone and veneer cast stone industries. The company uses Acromix Systems batch plants and mixers, which serve the complete range of concrete batching requirements, including wet-cast, zero slump dry-cast, self-consolidating and earth-moist dry tamp concrete. ERMC also offers computerized numerical controlled machining, robotic welding capabilities, certified welders, assembly and internal quality assurance services.
