Phoenix Residence

The Phoenix Residence, based in St. Paul, Minn., has been operational for more than 30 years. Locally managed and operated, the community comprises several villas, apartment homes and skilled care and rehabilitation center. A nonprofit life care community, it is approved by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission and is a member of the American Association of Homes & Services for the Aging. The community offers a wide variety of amenities and facilities, such as concierge services, a gift shop, beauty salon and barbershop, fully equipped library, in-house chapel, wellness center, shuttle bus service, daily housekeeping and laundry and on-site banking services. It also offers various activities, including social events, lectures, day trips, worship services, special celebrations, cultural arts and educational programs, painting and sewing classes, poetry groups, book clubs and interdenominational worship services.
