History

I started out as an associate and have worked in small and medium sized firms in California, Minnesota and Colorado. I began my own practice in 2005 in so that I could provide clients with smart, cost-efficient legal representation. Plus, I like being in charge. It allows me to be creative in how I do business.

Specialties

I am a experienced divorce and family law attorney having been in this business a couple decades now. I have practiced law in 3 states over my career. I feel like I have seen it all. People come to me at the most difficult time in their lives--the breakdown of a marriage. My job is to take the weight off of a client's shoulders from having to deal with a soon-to-be ex spouse and worrying about the legal process. I strive to get through the divorce or other family law matter, in the most practical, fair, and quickest manner possible. I enjoy going to court and advocating for my clients. I also do mediation and early neutral assessments for family law cases. Whether you are in a short-term marriage with few assets, a long-term marriage with a complex marital estate or anything in between, I have a plan to work it out and get the best result possible.
