I'm not sure why this place has such high ratings. Heidi was always late for my appointments, (yes, I gave her more than one chance) and charges more than other salons, yet I didn't feel I got...

Heidi gives the absolute BEST manicures. My nails are challenging, thin and brittle, but they always look great when she's done. Do yourself, and your nails, a favor and go to Perfectly Polished....

Perfectly Polished had five star reviews, so I had high expectations. Very disappointed by the lack of interest in my wants or ideas. Really hope future first time customers will be treated more...
