Penny Ortiz Photography started a long time ago when Penny took a photography class in high school and fell in love with the art, the digital photography era had not started a revolution at that time but she enjoyed working with film and seeing the faces she had captured, come to life in the darkroom. Throughout the years, she has closely studied one of her favorite photographers and inspirational figures (Anne Geddes) to create a happy marriage between her artistic creativity and the technical craft of photography. Due to the hard work involved in keeping a family happy and a busy life, she was unable to focus on her career full time until 2014 when she finally made the time to pursue her dream.
