Paul C. Biewen, MD

Dr. David Hartigan is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and a graduate of Mayo Clinic Orthopedic Surgery Residency program. He is dual fellowship trained in hip preservation/replacement at American Hip Institute in Chicago, IL and Sports Medicine at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, NC. Dr.

Sam W. Carlson, MD, is a fellowship-trained hip and knee replacement surgeon who specializes in direct anterior total hip replacement and complex hip and knee revision surgery. Dr. Carlson completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, where he had the privilege of working alongside world-renowned hip and knee arthroplasty leaders. He then completed a year of subspecialty training at Indiana University. In Indiana, he developed an expertise in rapid recovery protocols that facilitate outpatient hip and knee replacement while simultaneously expanding his training in revision surgery.

Dr. Heikes is a highly-regarded orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine. Her previous experience as a Division I athlete gives her a strong understanding of the unique challenges that face the injured athlete. Employing techniques for accurate diagnosis, timely treatment, and accelerated rehabilitation, she is able to get her patients back to their best.
