Oaklawn Health Care Center

Established in 1995, Oak Hills Living Center is a provider of nursing care services to seniors in the City of New Ulm and surrounding communities. Located in New Ulm, Minn., it offers an array of services, such as assistance with activities of daily living, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance assistance for residents, barber/beautician services, nursing services and care. Additionally, the center provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Oak Hills Living Center is home to more than 125 seniors in both the skilled nursing facility and assisted living apartments.

The Mala Strana Health Care Center provides skilled nursing services to its residents. The center offers specialized services for people who are physically and emotionally challenged as well as those with disabilities. It provides a spectrum of health care services related to general health care, rehabilitation, and assisted and independent living.
