The agency is operated by the Cokato Charitable Trust, which was founded in 1983 and is a nonprofit organization.

Bethesda is a not-for-profit social ministry organization dedicated to serving seniors in West Central Minnesota through residential and community-based health and wellness services. Bethesda has been caring for seniors for more than 100 years! Established in 1995, Oak Hills Living Center is a provider of nursing care services to seniors in the City of New Ulm and surrounding communities. Located in New Ulm, Minn., it offers an array of services, such as assistance with activities of daily living, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance assistance for residents, barber/beautician services, nursing services and care. Additionally, the center provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Oak Hills Living Center is home to more than 125 seniors in both the skilled nursing facility and assisted living apartments.
