Awful. Service is slow and calling customer service is a waste of time. Always putting issues on customers. Mailing statements, they'll charge you $4.00 and even an email statement costs $3.00....

As price keeps going up the service has deteriorated. Shame on you Nuvera! We will be cutting the cable cord soon.
