We all need some supplements to start healthy & reach our goals. I believe everyone should take a Multi-Vitamin, Fish Oil and a Pro-biotic daily. from there I started speaking on Wellness, Then I qualified to join the National Speakers Association, from there I became a certified Life Coach.
