The only non-sweet thing in the store is the staff . There is jars and jars full of bulk candy . The boxes say a flat rate and I was intrigued if they had bags or if I had to pay by the box and...

The bulk candy here is very stale. I bought close to $60 worth for Christmas stockings grabbing from almost every bin in the store. The taffy is not fresh - it's rock hard. Same for tootsie rolls...
