Northwest Technical College

Northwest Technical College is a part of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, and is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The various programs offered by the university include accounting, residential plumbing, sales marketing and management, automotive technology, carpentry, construction, electricity, dental assisting, fire service, and business studies. It also provides training programs for administrative assistance, engine machining, industrial model making, massage therapy, medical administration, nursing, supervisory management and young child education. The sports activities offered by the university include football, soccer, basketball, broomball, ice hokey and softball. The university provides residential and dining facilities, financial aid and career counseling to students. Northwest Technical College is located in Bemidji, Minn., and has an enrollment of more than 1,000 students.
