Northeast Center for Music

History

Founders David DeGennaro and Aaron Marks created Northeast Center for Music in September 2014. David has worked in both the nonprofit sector and as a musician/music teacher since 1998. Aaron recently received his law degree from Hamline University and has a diverse musical background including a stint as the drum major for the University of Minnesota marching band. Their vision for NCM is to grow into multifaceted musical resource for the Northeast Minneapolis area including education, performance spaces, and guest artist workshops.

Specialties

Northeast Center for Music is a community music school serving Northeast Minneapolis & St. Anthony. We currently provide individual and group lessons on piano, guitar, bass, violin / viola, drums, & voice.
