North Saint Paul Fire Department

Established in 1889, the North St. Paul Volunteer Fire Department provides fire protection and suppression and rescue services for the city residents and visitors. It includes a 100-foot aerial truck, a 2500-gallon pumper, trucks, cars and an emergency response unit. The North St. Paul Volunteer Fire Department s volunteers attend monthly meetings and training sessions to insure a professional force to protect the city. It conducts fire inspections of commercial properties on a regular basis. The department also offers fire safety education to area schools and businesses. Additionally, it participates in the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program that educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills. The North St. Paul Volunteer Fire Department is located in North St. Paul, Minn.
