We haven't re-tried the milk teas or the boba but I love the mousse top peach oolong iced tea 75% sweet regular ice! Had it quite a few times. Always consistent and staff is very welcoming. Love...

The boba is disgusting , I asked the cashier if I can get it with no boba and he looked at me like I'm crazy , should've walked out then.$ 7 drink not worth the price .

Was in the area and wanted bubble tea, this was the only place that was still open. It's located inside Zen Ramen. Not an ideal spot if you just wanted bubble tea. Got the tigres signature at 25%...

Tried the milk tea there, very sweet even though we asked for 25% of sugar. Not a big fan.
