Ms. Rutherford has 10 years of healthcare business operations experience including billing and collections, credentialing, compliance, and HIPAA administration. She has received professional certification in Information Technology and Electronic Health Records.Mr. Gracek began his career in public accounting as an auditor and has over 30 years of experience in private industry as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota " Duluth, with a BA in Accounting, and received his MBA degree from Mankato State University.
