Chisago County Human Services is a division within the Department of Health and Human Services in Chisago County, Minn. The office has a civil process unit that provides the service of legal processes and papers received from individuals, private attorneys, the court and other county agencies. The Morrison County Sheriff's Office supports and conducts several youth events and neighborhood and vacation watch programs.
