Union Hmong Kitchen is a Twin Cities-based restaurant that celebrates Hmong culinary traditions and flavors, founded by Chef and Owner Yia Vang. Since its inception as a pop-up experience in 2016 on the East Side of Saint Paul, the restaurant has expanded to include two locations in Minneapolis and a unique catering program.
