0 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are incompetent, will avoid helping you, will hang up on you, or blind transfer you on purpose! Worst insurance ever!

Horrible service. Can't even get a password reset in under 2 hours. Agents don't seem to be trained at all and have no idea what customer screens look like. 80% of the information they provide...
