We were very disappointed with the care our loved one received from Memory Care at Maple Hill. On multiple occasions, the staff neglected to return clothing and bedding items to the proper rooms....

There's so many things on the list that need to be changed with this facility, for one that food in pictures are definitely three years old looks nothing like what they're served the residents...
