Face to Face Health and Counseling Service was established in 1972 as a phone-in crisis counseling center. The organization serves more than 2,500 homeless and underserved youths and adults. It offers health care and support services for individuals. It supports a program called Intensive Systems Therapy (IST), which is an intensive home-based therapy for violent and emotionally disturbed youths and their families. Located in St. Paul, Minn., Face to Face Health and Counseling Service has a workforce of more than 50 full- and part-time employees.
