Its founders, Shannon Bosak and Gene Soderberg together have over 58 years of combined experience in building and operating Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) systems. The total number of machines built tops well over 200+ units. Both men have worked in the PVD field since 1981. The Surface Engineering Group specializes in manufacturing PVD equipment using cathodic arc and/or sputtering process systems. Source size is of no consequence and is easily adjusted to substrate size.
