Bethesda is a not-for-profit social ministry organization dedicated to serving seniors in West Central Minnesota through residential and community-based health and wellness services. Bethesda has been caring for seniors for more than 100 years! Today, we provide a full continuum of care, including skilled nursing care, short-stay therapy centers, home health care, outpatient therapy, independent and assisted living, adult day services, and wellness center.As a licensed skilled nursing and assisted-living facility, Bethesda must follow state and federal regulations regarding our operations. West Wind Village is a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility providing various levels of care, including short-term stays for rehabilitative care and long-term care and hospice care services. The facility offers services and programs for special needs, including respite care. Its Rossberg Center is a secure unit offering a protected and calm environment for those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia related disorders. The facility also provides 24-hour skilled nursing care, pastoral care and religious services, physical, occupational and speech therapies, ostomy care, wound and intravenous therapies, and beauty and barber shop. It offers various group activities to its residents, such as bingo, cards, current events, parties and special music. West Wind Village is located in Morris, Minn.

St. John Lutheran Home, located in Albert Lea, Minn., is a full-service retirement community. Operational for more than 55 years, the center serves over 2,000 senior citizens annually. It is a member of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging and Minnesota Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging. Spread on more than 20-acres of land, it offers a wide variety of residential living options, such as one- and two-bedroom cottages and deluxe and studio apartments. St. John Lutheran Home s amenities include dining halls, walking trails, gardens, a pond and pavilion, whirlpool and fitness rooms, computer access and training, woodworking shops, crafts and ceramic facilities, chapel and pastoral care services, lectures, special interest clubs, and concerts and family events. The center also offers assisted living solutions, skilled nursing care, short- and long-term health services, memory support care, rehabilitation therapies and community services.
