Made an appointment and it took an hour after my time to get in. The 2 stylists didn't apologize or say that it'd be a few more minutes when they checked the computer- I waited an hour!! Cheri...

Went there to use a groupon and was very disappointed. Asked for 1/2 inch off and walked out with my hair 4 inches shorter. Terrible experience.
