History

Legacy Rehabilitation Group was created with the vision of bringing exceptional outpatient therapy and pain management to the greater Minneapolis area and beyond. By January 2016, we received our certification as a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF) - one of only a few in the entire state. Along with our central clinic located in Golden Valley, MN, we also have established satellite clinics in locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area and Southern Minnesota. Since opening, we have seen hundreds of patients with a variety of conditions, from those learning to walk again after a significant stroke, to those bouncing back from a sports injury. Our team of therapists are passionate about connecting with our patients to get every person that walks in our doors the results they are looking for. We utilize the latest medical research, state-of-the-art equipment and professional collaboration to create treatments that address your individual needs.
