Cutting your own arm off with a steak knife would be a better alternative to going here for anything. They are the worst clinic with the rudest and most incompetent staff I have ever encountered...

Went to the Urgent Care at Laurentian. Checked in at 11:20. There weren't many people in the waiting room - Figured this was a good sign. By 12:52, only two others had been called back to a room....

45 min drive for an appt. Checked in 10 min early, still waiting to be called 25 min after appt was scheduled for.
