Frederick B. Harris, MD, MS, FAANS, is a Board Certified Neurosurgeon with 18+ years of experience in treating patients with both spine and brain pathologies. Dr. Harris previously had a career as an engineer at NASA and the Department of Defense and changed careers to pursue his dream of becoming a neurosurgeon. His special areas of interest include complex cervical, thoracic and lumbar surgery, adult spinal deformity/scoliosis treatment, revision surgery of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, minimally invasive spinal surgery for herniated disk and lumbar fusions, spinal tumors both inside and outside the spinal cord and spinal canal, brain tumors, adult Chiari malformations, traumatic brain injury and sports related brain injury. Edward Kelly, MD, MBA, joined Twin Cities Orthopedics in 2002. He specializes in arthritic, traumatic, and sports injuries to the shoulder, elbow and knee. He is trained in the Tenex Health TX procedure. Dr. Kelly has published several papers and is fellowship trained in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder and elbow. He has a certificate of added qualifications in sports medicine and has served as a faculty member for the MOSMI Sports Medicine fellowship program since 2009. Dr. Kelly also serves as the lead team physician for the University of St. Thomas men’s and women’s athletic teams. Dr. Kelly is an advocate of high-value health care – providing patients with the highest quality medical experience while being cost conscious. Dr. Moeller was born and raised in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She completed her undergraduate degree at the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, MN with a B.A. in Natural Science and a minor in Sports Medicine. She attended medical school and completed her orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Minnesota.
