Lakes Holistic Care opened in September of 2017 and has been a life long dream of Dr. Chris' to run a truly interrogated pain to wellness clinic.

Health is really about two things - function and stress. How well you are functioning determines how truly well you are. Following a auto accident your body has to deal with additional stress as you recover. We make sure your muscles are balanced from side to side, your joints are moving freely, and most importantly that your nervous system is allowing your brain to talk to your body and vice versa.

Jeff has been doing myofascial stretching for me and it is really effective. His energy is gentle and soothing. The facility has an overall relaxing quality. I highly recommend.
