A parking lot with hook ups but you are in a great location! There are full hook up sites and water and electric only (which we were not offered) You can walk into downtown Duluth Watch freighters...

This is definitely not a place to park your RV for more than a day or two, if even that long...a pier used mainly for storage of boats... expensive,considering what you get...the only saving grace...
