History

There are many ways that massage therapy can be helpful from stress relief to pain relief. As a child I would massage family and friends for fun being told to do it as a career when I grow up. Until experiencing first hand the benefits of massage, I never took it seriously. I was hit by a car causing me to be unable to walk right. After going through chiropractic care, physical therapy and massage therapy, I was able to run after my toddler again. I decided then that this career was right for me. I absolutely love what I do to help people feel better not only physically, but emotionally also.
