Juniper's Restaurant is located in Lanesboro, Minnesota, overlooking the stunning views of the Root River and historical bike trail. The elevated, fast-casual concept is owned and developed by local, Executive Chef - Tyler Shipton. Tyler Shipton is a classically trained chef of 18 years, with a back ground in fine dining. His concept is meant to mix the elegance of flavor and food with a casual dining experience.
