History

I started Johansson Realty in 2014. I had owned a hardwood floor refinishing company for 7 years and decided I breathed in enough dust and polyurethane. I had my real estate license since 2007 and had remodeled 18 homes of my own. I always loved real estate so I decided to start my own brokerage. In 2014 we had 84 sales closed and pending by the end of the year. Most of those sales were in Minneapolis. This year I decided to focus exclusively in Minneapolis so I could service my clients better.
