We just spent OVER 45 minutes in the drive-thru!!! Freaky Fast?...Not!!! They told us they had a 'big order' and it could take 15 minutes, which would have been ok, but 45?!

Did not have bread made the drive thru is not set up for a reachable area and the person working barely handed the food out of the window . Try to be more helpful when handing food out

Never had Jimmy John's and was interested in trying it. Wanted to sit in the restaurant to eat......doors were locked and looked as though the staff were having a party without the boss - music...

Really fresh subs and ingredients. Extremely clean including both bathrooms. Great staff who are nice and greet everyone. Sandwiches have consistently been excellent over many years. Fast drive...
