Christopher J. Traynor, MD, hails from Fargo, North Dakota. He completed his undergraduate education at St. Johns University followed by medical school at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. After medical school, he completed his Residency Training in Orthopedic Surgery at Western Michigan University, Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, MI.Following residency, he returned closer to his roots to complete his Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship at Twin Cities Orthopedics. There he received training focused on foot deformity and reconstruction, traumatic injuries of the foot and ankle, bunion surgery, sports injuries of the foot and ankle, and ankle arthritis and replacement. In addition to foot and ankle care, Dr. Traynor treats a wide variety of general orthopedics, including fractures, traumatic and sport injuries, and hip and knee replacements.

Adam J. Bakker, MD, is a board certified and Mayo Clinic hand surgery fellowship-trained surgeon who specializes in surgical and nonsurgical treatment of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. He focuses on conditions of the hand and upper extremities including minimally invasive treatment options for Dupuytrens contractures and carpal tunnel syndrome, hand and upper extremity fracture care, arthroscopy, tendon and ligament injuries, upper extremity joint replacements, and microsurgery. He also has an active interest in international orthopedic care to underserved regions. Shashank S. Dwivedi, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in the operative and nonoperative management of hand and upper extremity conditions as well as orthopedic trauma. He completed an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship at Brown University and the prestigious Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship through the University of Michigan Department of Plastic Surgery. His clinical interests include whole-body fracture care, as well as the management of upper extremity ailments such as Dupuytrens disease, hand and wrist fractures, ligament and tendon injuries, joint replacement, microsurgery, and upper extremity compressive neuropathies such as carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome.
