Enjoyed our visit to J Tea & Bake. We ordered signature brown sugar boba and dalgona coffee. I would recommend trying their coffee it has good depth and richness. Their boba texture is good too....

I took some family to Ha Tien grocery store since they've never been there. Noticed some cakes behind the window and this cafe sells bubble tea as well. I was planning to check out the beverages...

Great turnaround, Han! The avocado smoothie has a nice buttery texture. The combo banh bao was also delicious--didn't skimp on good ingredients--love the salted egg addition
