History

The Inversion Spa was created by Roxanne Tuomela Kiely, who is a board certified holistic health coach, master life coach and member of AADP. She wished to bring a wellness center to the Elk River area to help her community and surrounding areas to find a way to live a happier, healthier, pain-free life. The Inversion Spa offers inversion therapy, health and life coaching, CBD products and more!

Specialties

The Inversion Spa has four, private, therapy rooms each equipped with the Teeter FitSpine LX9, FDA-approved, medical grade inversion table. Inversion helps to decompress the spine and stretch tense muscles, indicated to help with: back, neck, should and hip pain, sciatica, herniated discs, muscle tension/muscle spasms, spinal degenerative joint disease and degenerative disc disease, relieves stress and provides relaxation.
