Inter County Community Council

Inter-County Community Council (ICCC) is a private non-profit organization that has been serving the northwest Minnesota counties of Clearwater, East Polk, Red Lake, and Pennington since 1965. As a designated Community Action Agency, ICCC aims to build communities by providing resources and opportunities to support individuals and families living in poverty.

ICCC offers a range of services including employment training, energy assistance, family services, Head Start, weatherization, health insurance, and food support.
