Hungry Hippie Hostel is located just a short drive from the town of Grand Marais, MN. Nestled in the hillside overlooking Lake Superior, on the edge of the wilderness, the Hungry Hippie Hostel is a great place to relax after a day of play along the shore! A hostel is a budget orientated, sociable accommodation that is shared among individual travelers and groups for short term stays. We provide common areas and shared facilities with our two and a half bathrooms, cozy lounge, and a primitive kitchenette with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave and sink. The Hungry Hippie Hostel provides individual bunks and a group room in our bunkhouse loft, or private rooms fully furnished with a queen sized bed at a budget friendly price. Many hostels are located in remarkable buildings. Ours is in our beautiful refurbished barn on our small family farm in Grand Marais.

We stayed here in 2021, we just forgot to leave a review. Anyways, my and three of my friends took our senior trip up north and stayed for a night or two. Honestly the building was really cool....
