Hosmer Library, located in the Powderhorn community of Minneapolis, has been serving the public since its opening in 1916 as the last of four Carnegie-funded libraries in the city. Named after former library director James K. Hosmer, the library is recognized for its historical significance and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
