MN Karate & Fitness started as a simple after school program to help provide affordable instruction to local youth. After just a year the after school program flourished with roughly 100 students between Northeast and South Minneapolis. May 16th, 2015 MN Karate & Fitness opened it's first physical location in NE Minneapolis offering Kids' Karate and Adult Fitness Kickboxing. Our primary objective is to provide a professional atmosphere that focuses on exceptional service, quality instruction, and an making a difference in our community.
Specialties
MN karate specializes in making students feel like Rock Stars. Kids learn the importance of focus, self-defense, and self-discipline in a fun, fast-paced classroom. Adults and teens get to learn practical self-defense through kickboxing strikes, blocks, and combinations while developing confidence, focus, and physical fitness.
